Jessie Clark is an author brand of JL Collins Publishing LLC. This policy describes information used through jessieclarkauthor.com, its author pages and newsletter forms, and Jessie Clark’s linked StoryOrigin reader pages. Contact: jessie@jessieclarkauthor.com.

Information and uses
When you subscribe, request a reader offer, contact us, or apply for a review copy, you may provide your name, email address, message, and reading or review preferences. We use that information to deliver the requested content, manage subscriptions and review-copy requests, respond to messages, and send the author updates you request. Email services may record deliveries, opens, clicks, and unsubscribe preferences. Hosting services also process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and page activity to operate and secure their services.

Service providers
The main website is hosted by Author Websites by BookBub. MailerLite receives newsletter signups through the configured integration. StoryOrigin and BookFunnel provide linked reader offers, downloads, or review-team services. These services process information under their own policies and our account settings. If you choose a retailer link or social-media link, that service’s own privacy policy applies to your activity there.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The main website has Google Analytics and a Meta Pixel configured. These tools can measure visits, page activity, and advertising performance and use cookies or similar identifiers. The website’s cookie-consent popup controls whether these optional integrations load. You can decline optional tracking, manage cookies in your browser, and use Google’s and Meta’s privacy controls. Necessary hosting or security functions may still process technical data. StoryOrigin and other linked platforms have their own cookie settings.

Purchases
Retailer purchases are processed by the retailer you select. Where a Lemon Squeezy checkout is made available, Lemon Squeezy processes checkout, payment, and related transaction information under its own policy. We may receive order and customer details needed for fulfillment and support; full card details are handled by the payment provider. A payment integration being prepared does not mean a checkout is currently available.

Your choices and requests
Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter to stop marketing emails. You can also contact jessie@jessieclarkauthor.com about your subscription or to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold. Applicable rights depend on your location. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or suppression purposes. We retain information for the purposes described here and applicable recordkeeping needs. Service providers may process information outside your country. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
